The hotels are offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel.

Customers will need to provide a Major Credit Card at checkin.
Presentation:
Attendance to a 90 – 120 minute vacation ownership presentation is required.

All of these requirements listed above will depend on the specific hotel offer which is detailed in the “Terms and Conditions” link located at the bottom of each special hotel web page.
Eligibility Requirements:
By using this website, the customer understands in order to qualify for the special promotional rate they must meet the eligibility requirements listed in the Terms and Conditions link of each special offer and attend a 90-120 minute sales breakfast presentation. Vacatio.Travel holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the sales breakfast presentation.
The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Vacatio.Travel or the sponsoring resorts believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, the resort reserves the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
Travel Dates:
Due high demand for high season holidays, this offers are not available from December 15 to January 5th. Any other date will be confirm upon availability.
Refunds:
Due the nature of this affortable vacation packages, refunds are not available, however you have a 6 months period window to change your travel dates with a maximum of 2 changes.
Exchanges:
This vacations are non-transferable unless qualifications are meet by the transferred person and proper consent of the terms and conditions are in writing.
